About Des Pardes Radio
Des Pardes Radio has been continuously broadcasting on the AM 530 frequency for over 20 years. Its founder, Tejinder Singh Sidhu, was the first producer of a Punjabi-language radio program on the station. The show began in November 1998 and continues to grow thanks to its versatility and quality programming.
Des Pardes Radio airs seven days a week: Monday to Sunday from 6:00am to 8:00am during morning rush hours, and Monday to Friday from 2:00pm to 6:00pm during evening rush hours. In addition, tune in Saturday from 1:00pm to 4:00pm.
A pioneer of live, on-location broadcasting, Des Pardes has helped thousands of businesses promote their grand openings and events through radio. AM530’s powerful signal reaches a vast audience across Ontario — north to Orillia, east to Kingston, west to London, and south across the U.S. border.
The program features daily talk shows, news from India and Canada, current affairs, interviews, local updates, Indian music, entertainment, and much more.
